These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RateVantageGo across all marketplaces. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account registration

• Consumer accounts are free. You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• Dealership and lending institution accounts require an application and administrator approval. Selecting an account type does not grant access until approved.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or authority; post false, misleading, or unauthorized inventory or financing information; scrape, copy, or overload the website; attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access; or use the website for unlawful purposes.

3. Financing estimates

Estimated payments, illustrative APRs, loan-to-value (LTV) calculations, lease estimates, and negative equity scenarios are informational only. They are not credit approvals, financing offers, or guarantees. See our Financing Disclaimer.

4. Dealer responsibilities

Dealerships are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and availability of their listings, prices, fees, incentives, and disclosures; for responding to consumer inquiries appropriately; and for complying with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and privacy laws.

5. Lender responsibilities

Lending institutions are responsible for publishing only programs they are authorized to offer, keeping rates, terms, eligibility rules, and expiration dates current, and complying with applicable lending and disclosure laws.

6. Sponsored listings

Sponsored placements are paid or promotional advertisements and are labeled "Sponsored." Sponsorship does not change estimate calculations or lender eligibility. We may approve, decline, or remove sponsored content.

7. Subscriptions

Dealer plans and sponsorship allowances are assigned by RateVantage administrators. Any paid subscription terms, pricing, and billing will be presented separately before purchase. [Owner to finalize subscription and refund terms.]

8. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide inaccurate information, or create risk for users. You may close your consumer account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RateVantage provides the website "as is" without warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on estimates, listings, or third-party information.
